Request Commissioners' Court consideration and approval of an easement for a Storm Warning Siren at the J.P. and Constable Precinct 2 building in Lavon, Texas.
The City of Lavon has requested an Easement to install a storm-warning siren at our new J.P./Constable 2 location in Lavon. The easement is 15 feet by 15 feet and requested because siren coverage is low in this area of the City. I have informed Judge Shaffer, Constable Edwards, and their respective offices about the installation. City of Lavon will test the system the first Wednesday of the month at 2:00 pm.
Our Attorney takes no exceptions to this document since a fire lane provides ingress and egress to the easement.
