Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners Court approve the Interlocal Agreement for Environmental Services with the City of Lowry Crossing. This agreement provides the contract for a one (1) year period from October 1, 2021 continuing through and including September 30, 2022, with five (5) additional one (1) year renewal periods.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of the Interlocal Agreement 2022-040, Environmental Services between Collin County and the City of Lowry Crossing for the period October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022, to include five (5) additional one (1) year renewal periods; further authorize the County Judge to finalize and execute same. AZ
