At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contract with MCCi for Laserfiche document management maintenance and support. The FY23 renewal, budgeted as part of the non-departmental maintenance budget, is $140,526.80.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment 5 to 2013-019 Maintenance, Records Management System (Laserfiche) with MCCi, LLC for the period October 14, 2022 through and including October 13, 2023 in the amount of $140,526.80 and further authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. MCCi, LLC is designated as a sole-source for maintenance per Court Order 2008-1027-11-11. mlm
