CCSO respectfully requests approval to accept funds through the NCTCOG Solid Waste Implementation Grant in the amount of $15,479.65. These funds will be used in the fight against illegal dumping. There is no county match and the grant period is through August 31, 2023.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to accept the NCTCOG Solid Waste Implementation grant in the amount of $15,479.65 with no County match required, and authorize County Judge to execute all associated documents. The grant period is from date of signature through August 31, 2023. gz
