Request Commissioners Court consideration and approval of the lease agreement between Collin County and Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County for property located at 1701 Heritage Dr., McKinney, Texas for approximately 616 square feet of office space and 355 square feet of common space of the premises to be used by the Child Abuse Task Force. Effective October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2027 with a monthly lease amount of $1,252.00 per month for the first year of the lease. The rent amount will increase 1% on the anniversary date of October 1, 2023 and annually thereafter throughout the term of the lease.

Effective October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2027 with a monthly lease amount of $1,252.00 per month for the first year of the lease and a 1% increase of the monthly amount annually on October 1st throughout the term of the lease. Budgeted funds available upon adoption of the FY 2023 Budget for a Lease Agreement between Collin County and Children's Advocacy Center of Collin County for property located at 1701 Heritage Dr., McKinney, Texas.  Lease covers 616 square feet of office space and 355 square feet of common space for the Child Abuse Task Force. Lease is $1,252 per month for the first year with a 1% increase annually on October 1st. Lease term is October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2027. General Fund (0001).
