Department Action

Requesting approval to use the Collin County Sheriff's Office, Fund 734 - Inmate Commissary Account Number 700020134 to schedule the inspection of our dental x-ray equiptment with Henry Schein Dental. This inspection is required by Texas Department of State Health Services every four (4) years. The amount is billed per hour as shown on the quote, plus a temporary fuel surcharge of $4.99. The requested amount could be up to $2,000.
