PCO 13 - Credit for storm water pump not used and add for excavation and investigation to locate storm water pipe. This is the portion of the storm drain heading west under the Sheriffs Office not found during underground utility investigation.

PCO 15 - Credit to delete Stentofon intercom system from the scope. Stentofon is no longer required by the Sheriffs office. ($14,210.94)
PCO 16 - Add for additional material and labor to form pockets at wall connections to the foundation. The Structural Engineer did not previously allow these pockets.
