FY 2021 DSHS Federal Grant for TB Prevention and Control in the amount of $114,386 with an in kind match of $22,877 to be met with existing employee salaries and benefits. Grant includes personnel, training and travel, supplies, contract services with Prima Care, language line, patient transport and wireless service. Grant term is January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.

Auditor's Office Action

Original grant application had been reviewed by the grant review committee as per attached. Federal grant funds in the amount of $114,386 with a required county match in the amount of $22,877. Match can be in kind. Grant period is January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.
