I am requesting authorization to award Coop Contract #2022-422 Elevator Maintenance and Repairs to TK Elevator Corporation, formerly known as thyssenKrupp Elevator. The county will utilize the Sourcewell coop contract #080420-TKE, with contract commencing on date of award through September 30, 2023, with two (2) additional one (1) year renewal options.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award Cooperative Contract No. 2022-422, Elevator Maintenance and Repairs, through Sourcewell Cooperative Contract No. 080420-TKE to TK Elevator Corporation (formerly known as thyssenkrupp Elevator), and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute the same. Contract term will commence on date of award through September 30, 2023, with two (2) additional one (1) year renewal options. slh
