The Surdukan Family is requesting termination of our Right of First Refusal on their property located next to the Collin County Adventure Camp. Attached is a letter from David Surdukan (property owner) that explains his reasoning for the request. I spoke to representatives of the YMCA and they do not wish to purchase the land if it were to come available in the future. Since the YMCA is not interested the possibility of purchasing the property, please authorize Judge Hill to sign this Termination.
