Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to approve an amendment to contract 02376-09 for court order 2022-834-09-12 approved for VOTEC maintenance support. The cost of the renewal has been reduced to $217,987.70 as the county is now required to utilize a mail ballot system offered by the Secretary of State.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 14 to contract 02376-09, Voter Registration and Early Voting, with VOTEC Corporation to remove Mail Ballot Activity Portal (MBAP) in the amount of $11,879.30 for new FY23 total of $217,987.70, and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. mlm
