Department Action

The Collin County Sheriff’s is requesting two vehicles, obtained under the State Forfeiture Statues, be included in the SO's vehicle fleet for investigative purposes. The Sheriff’s Office is also requesting to utilize Federal Forfeiture funds (1066) for vehicle maintenance, fuel and make ready fees in the amount of $10,000.00.

Funds available in the Sheriff's Federal Treasury Forfeiture Fund. Budget amendment will be processed upon approval.
