Department Action

The Professional Services Agreement for the Historic Structures Report for the Confinement and Granary buildings at Myers Park was approved on 9-26-22, CO 2022-975-09-26. A budget amendment (BA) is now needed so that a purchase order can be created for the project. The scope and fee were approved in the amount of $56,300. We have $50,000 available in two project code accounts associated with this project and therefore we need to move an additional $6300 ($3,150 for each project) to cover the additional costs.

Action Requested: It is requested that Commissioners Court approve the BA in the amount of $6300 to cover costs associated with the report as follows:

$3,150 from OI07OS-4011-750600044-626550 into OI07PG108-4011-750600044-809150
