Department Action

On January 22, 2024 and March 11, 2024 Commissioners Court approved the sale of land to TxDOT for US380 project. TxDOT has sent payment for 3 of those parcels.

The funds totaling $2,692,013.08 were received by the County Treasury and deposited into the revenue accounts for the respective project codes. The requested BA will move the funds from their revenue accounts to the expenditure accounts within the project codes that the land was purchased from.

Action Requested: It is requested that Commissioners Court authorize the budget adjustment of moving $1,398,490.08 FROM 4030-75030-0013-68-00-0000-432004 TO RI18017-4030-750300013-809683
