The Engineering Department requests Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of the Personal Services Agreement between Collin County and Bill Bob Aycock for the maintenance of Collin County Outer Loop right-of-way at no cost to the County.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to (1) allow an exemption from the competitive bid process per Local Government Code 262.024 (a)(4); and (2) award a Personal Services Agreement for acreage maintenance as described in Exhibit A for Contract No. 2024-368 with Billy Bob Aycock at no cost to the County for the period of October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025. Further, authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. gz
