Department Action
The Engineering staff and TxDOT are in negotiations to come to an agreement for the sale of a parcel to TxDOT for the US 380 project. The County purchased a 21.67 acre tract that fronts on US 380 east of the City of Princeton. TxDOT needs a 6.51 acre parcel out of this tract. This parcel is identified by TxDOT as P00075916. In addition, TxDOT is offering to enter into a Possession and Use Agreement (PUA) with the County and compensate the County in the amount of $25,000.
Action Recommended:
It is recommended that the Commissioners Court approve entering into a Possession and Use Agreement (PUA) for the compensation of $25,000 and authorize the County Judge to execute all documents necessary for the execution of the PUA agreement.
