Request Commissioners Court approval of a Change Order to Sedalco Inc. for IFB 2022-299, Construction, CCADF Phase 2 Addition, Central Utility Plant (CUP).
PCO #13 – Existing conditions require the installation of adapters to complete the chilled water tie-ins to the existing system. The fusion weld per the contract documents cannot be completed because existing valves will not completely close. The proposed adapters allow for the tie-in to be complete while the flow of water continues.
Total for this change order $58,456.70 or 0.023% of contract.
Total Change Orders for this Project - $2,775,107.40 or 0.11% of contract.
