Funding available in the amount of $12,840.18 for Amendment No. 11 to contract 02376-09, Voter Registration and Early Voting Software for the purchase to add Mail Ballot Activity Portal. Funding for the $2,500 Implementation Fee to be provided through the Collin County CARES Act grant (2127). Funding for the first year of Support Coverage in the amount of $10,340.18 to be provided through (1033) Contract Elections Fund and Yearly Support Coverage after the first year to be provided through the existing VOTEC maintenance fees (0001-General Fund).

Funding for the $2,500 Implementation Fee is available from the County COVID CARES Funds.
