Department Action

The Collin County Sheriff's Office respectfully requests the court's approval of the FY 2021 Dispatch Agreement with the Josephine Volunteer Fire Department effective October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021. This agreement may be renewed for an additional one (1) year period at the rates established and agreed upon by both parties.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Interlocal Agreement No. 2021-079, between Collin County and Josephine Volunteer Fire Department for Dispatch Services. Agreement shall commence on October 1, 2020 and continue in full force and effect through September 30, 2021. This agreement may be renewed for an additional one (1) year period at the rates established and agreed upon by both parties. Further authorize the County Judge to execute the same. BS
