Requesting Commissioners Court consideration and any action for the approval to accept a check from Rene' Bates Auctioneers, Inc., for fees collected for the late removal of auction items after close of auction, September 21, 2020. The amount of check for collected fees is $450. Per the previous authorization of Court Order #2011-893-11-07, I request the check to be deposited into account #0001-10001-0021-41-00-0000-481059 for the Going the Extra Mile Employee Incentive Program.
