Request Commissioners' Court consideration, approval, and authorization of this letter for signature, to extend the Lease with the City of Frisco for the Collin County Tax Office Space in the Frisco City Hall Building. The new amendment is effective 1-1-2021 through 12-31-2021. Base rent shall remain at $15.00 per square foot for 3,042 square feet. Additional rent for common area maintenance will be $5.90 per square foot for approximately 4,024 square feet. This is an increase 5% or 0.28¢ per square foot. Total lease cost is $69,371.60 per annum. One (1) renewal remaining.
Purchasing Department Action
Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Amended and Restated Lease Agreement between the City of Frisco and Collin County, AGR 2020-181, for property located at 6101 Frisco Square Blvd., Suite 2000, Frisco, TX, to renew the agreement for one (1) year commencing on January 1, 2021, continuing through and including December 31, 2021, and increase the common area maintenance (CAM) fee by .28¢ per square foot. Further, authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD
