Request Commissioner’s Court approval for a budget amendment to Facilities & Parks Admin budget. The overage in account line 0001-40010-0001-56-30-0000-637199 is reflective negatively for the obsolete inventory items sent to auction. I am asking for $16, 312.81 be moved from “training and travel” line items and $5,000.00 moved from the Facilities & Parks Shared budget line 0001-40010-0009-56-30-0000-626401, Consultant to building maintenance line, 0001-40010-0001-56-30-0000-637540. This will allow monies for any inventory overages or unforeseen items in the Facilities & Parks Admin, Maintenance and Operations.
