At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the maintenance contract for the Appsian PeopleSoft Web Application Firewall. The FY22 renewal is included as part of the non-departmental maintenance budget request. The support cost is $86,856.

Requesting Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 1 to 2019-083, PeopleSoft Firewall, with GreyHeller, LLC dba Appsian to renew the contract for the term of December 17, 2021, through and including December 16, 2022, for the amount of $86,856.00, and authorization for Purchasing Agent to execute the same. Appsian is a sole source per Court Order 2018-1060-12-17. MRM
