Department Action

Commissioners Court approved the funding recommendations for the 2018 Parks and Open Space Bond, 3rd Series, Project Funding Assistance Program on September 27, 2021 (CO# 2021-963-09-27). The City of Melissa’s, Brookside Sub-Surface Crossing at State Highway 121 Project was granted $146,666 in funding.

ACTION:
We seek Commissioners Court approval and execution of the attached Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Melissa for the Brookside Sub-Surface Crossing at State Highway 121 Project, ($146,666) bond project OI18PG19.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Melissa concerning the Brookside Sub-Surface Crossing at State Highway 121; Bond Project OI18PG19. Further, authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD

Collin County's participation is a NTE $146,666.00.
