Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners Court approve the Amendment for the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the City of Anna. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for 1-year period from October 1, 2021 and continuing through and including September 30, 2022. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 15 to the Interlocal Agreement AGR 10097-09, Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the City of Anna, at the amended rate for the period October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. SC
