We respectfully request Commissioners Court approve the Amendment to the Animal Control Agreement with the Town of Fairview. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for 1-year period from October 1, 2021 and continuing through and including September 30, 2022. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 15 to the Interlocal Agreement AGR 10112-09, Animal Control with the Town of Fairview, at the amended rate for the period October 1, 2021, through September 30, 2022; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. sc
