Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners Court approve the Amendment for the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the City of Frisco. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract from October 1, 2021 and continuing through and including September 30, 2022 for Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 15 to the Interlocal Agreement AGR 10104-09, Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the City of Frisco, at the amended rate for the period October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same.
