Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners Court approve the Amendment to the Facility Construction & Animal Shelter Agreement with the Town of Prosper. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for 1-year period from October 1, 2021 and continuing through and including September 30, 2022.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 15 to the Interlocal Agreement AGR 10100-09, Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the Town of Prosper, at the amended rate for the period October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. SC
