Department Action

Commissioners Court approved the funding recommendations for the 2018 Parks and Open Space Bond, 3rd Series, Project Funding Assistance Program on September 27, 2021 (CO# 2021-963-09-27). The City of McKinney’s Wilson Creek Greens Trail Project was granted $396,000 in funding.

ACTION:
We seek Commissioners Court approval and execution of the attached Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of McKinney for the Wilson Creek Greens Trail Project, ($396,00) bond project OI18PG18.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of McKinney concerning the Wilson Creek Greens Trail project; Bond Project OI18PG18. Further, authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD

Collin County's participation is a NTE $396,000.00.

Budget Department Action

Budgeted funds available in the amount of $396,000 for the Interlocal Agreement with the City of McKinney for the Wilson Creek Greens Trail Project (OI18PG18 and OI0718PG18). Funding to come from the 2018 Parks and Open Space Third Series Project Funding Assistance Program and savings from completed projects in the 2007 Open Space Funding Assistance Program. 2018 Bond Funds (4019, 4023 & 4026) 2007 Bond Funds (4014 & 4017).
