Commissioners Court approved the funding recommendations for the 2018 Parks and Open Space Bond, 3rd Series, Project Funding Assistance Program on September 27, 2021 (CO# 2021-963-09-27). The City of Josephine’s, Josephine City Park Capital Improvement Project Splash Pad project was granted $45,464 in funding.

ACTION:
We seek Commissioners Court approval and execution of the attached Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Josephine for the Josephine City Park Capital Improvement Project Splash Pad project, ($45,464) bond project OI18PG15.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Josephine concerning the Josephine City Park Capital Improvement Project, Splash Pad project; Bond Project OI18PG15. Further, authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD

Collin County's participation is a NTE $45,464.00.
