Department Action

The Collin County Sheriff's Office is requesting approval for an Interlocal Agreement for Law Enforcement Services with Blue Meadow Utility District No. 1. This agreement is for a new contract effective until September 30, 2022.

Requesting Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Interlocal Agreement (2022-053) Law Enforcement Services with Blue Meadow MUD No. 1 to provide use of the County's Law Enforcement services, and authorize County Judge to execute same. AZ

Budget Department Action

Requesting approval of Interlocal Agreement 2022-053, Law Enforcement Services with Blue Meadow MUD No. 1 to provide use of the County's Law Enforcement services. Initial payments to the County will be $10 per month until the District reaches has enough homes to meet the minimum charge of $10,000 per year. Contract takes effect on the first day of the month following the adoption of an order by the District and continues through September 30, 2022. General Fund (0001).
