Department Action

I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve Contract Amendment #2 (Contract No. 2019-376) for the ILA providing the Town of New Hope fire inspection and fire plan review services through September 30, 2022. Section 352.019 (C) of the Texas Local Government Code provides the ability to the Fire Marshal’s Office to enforce orders and decrees within a municipality in the county when specifically required to do so by interlocal agreement.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Interlocal Agreement 2019-376, Fire Inspection and Fire Plan Review with the Town of New Hope for the period October 1, 2021, through September 30, 2022 at the same rates established in the original agreement, and authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. AZ

Budget Department Action

Amendment No. 2 to the Interlocal Agreement No. 2019-376 between Collin County and the Town of New Hope for fire inspections and fire plan review services. Town of New Hope to pay Collin County for the services provided on an as needed basis. Agreement period October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022.

Auditor's Office Action

Revenues included in the FY 2022 Estimates.

Commissioners Court

No. 2 to Fire Inspection & Fire Plan Review (Agreement No. 2019-376) with the Town of New Hope to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2022, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Fire Marshal.
