Department Action

I am requesting approval for an Interlocal Agreement for Jail Services with Franklin County. This agreement is for Jail Services between October 1, 2021 and September 30, 2022, and may be renewed annually by the mutual agreement as agreed in writing by both parties.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of the Interlocal Agreement AGR 2022-070 Jail Services with Franklin County, for the period from the date of execution of the agreement by both parties through September 30, 2022, to include additional one (1) year renewal periods; further authorize the County Judge to finalize and execute same. sc
