Department Action

The Sheriff's Office is respectfully requesting the Court to add two deputy sheriff (556) positions to the FY22 budget.

Purchasing Department Action

No action by Purchasing.

HR and/or IT Action

SG - IT approves provided all funding for related technology equipment is covered.

HR - Contract provides for payment based on individuals actually working. Amount listed on agenda is for minimum pay but reimbursement will be based on the compensation and benefits of the actual individuals.

Budget Department Action

Request to create 2 new Deputy Sheriff Positions in conjunction with the ILA with McKinney MUD 1 and MUD 2 for law enforcement services. Funding for the new positions includes salary and benefits at minimum pay according to County policy as well as all related equipment needed for the positions. Budget Adjustment will be needed upon approval of the added positions. General Fund (0001).

Auditor's Office Action

Funds available in the General Fund. Budget adjustments will be processed upon approval.
