Request Approval to accept the roads within Providence Point phase 1 for county maintenance
Commissioner’s Court approved the plat for the above-mentioned subdivision on December 17, 2018. The infrastructure was completed according to county specifications and inspected by the Collin County Engineering and Public Works staff. The infrastructure entered into a 2-year maintenance period on December 5, 2019. The maintenance period is complete and the owner has completed the required repairs as requested by County Engineering and Public Works staff. Once approved, Public Works will include these roads on their maintenance list. The Final Plat is attached to show the sections of roads that are up for maintenance consideration.
We request Commissioner Court consideration of approval to accept the roads within Providence Point phase 1 for County Maintenance.
