Department Action

Public Works requests Commissioners' Court approval for a budget amendment in the amount of $59,000.00. The amendment is to cover expenditures for engineering services to assess the underground storage tank and pipeline project at the Justice Center and provide services to render a satisfactory functional and compliant solution to the situation at hand, conforming to all TCEQ requirements and fully meeting all County needs/requirements.
