The Engineering Department requests the approval of Amendment No. 14 to the Engineering Services Agreement (ESA) with Birkhoff Hendricks and Carter (BHC). This amendment will account for additional survey, construction administration and design efforts for the All Storage driveway shift in the amount of $14,750 and will be paid by the City of Celina.
The net change is adding $14,750 to the contract, to cover the additional survey, construction administration and design efforts, revising the total contract amount to $2,776,982.
Action Requested: It is requested that Commissioner’s Court
- approve Collin County’s Amendment No. 14 for the Frontier Parkway Engineering Services Agreement with Birkhoff, Hendricks and Carter
- authorize the Auditor to transfer funds from Celina (totaling $14,750) to RI07014-4213-750300013-809250
