Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Change Order No. 2 to IFB 2020-368 Supplies: Jail Kitchen Non-Food with Infinity Supply & Service, Inc. to (1) renew the contract for the period October 1, 2022 continuing through and including September 30, 2023; (2) include a price redetermination per section 4.6 of the contract, (see attached documentation for details); (3) add line 32 to the contract; and (4) remove lines 3, 5, 7, 13, 18, 20, 21, 22, 29, 30, 31 from the contract. Further, authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. ED.
