PCO 19 -Engineer requested add to repair Storm Drain. The Engineering design team is paying for this charge in a separate change order. $18,281.32
PCO 25 -Owner requested add to repair and install irrigation. Repairs to fix existing areas not on plans and new areas added for coverage. $25,715.63
PCO 34 -Engineer requested drilled pier reconciliation. ($60,458.06)
PCO 35 -Owner requested waterproof traffic coating added to second floor outdoor recreation area floor. To prevent water intrusion to first floor. $13,963.40
PCO 36 -Architect requested add to extend TPO roofing to cover areas of existing exterior wall due to location of weeps. This will prevent water build up at lower weeps. $8,412.80
PCO 37 - Owner requested add to close in existing windows on the interior of the existing building. $4,042.22
