I am requesting Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to Amendment 1 and renew contract no. 2022-453 Chiller Maintenance to Johnson Controls, Sourcewell contract 070121-JHN. Contract term will be 10/1/2023 through 9/30/2024.
• Central Plant Chiller Maintenance Pricing - $80,890.00
• Minimum Security Chiller Maintenance Pricing - $9,142.00

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2022-453, Chiller Maintenance with Johnson Controls, Inc. to: 1) renew the contract effective October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024, through the Sourcewell Cooperative Contract No. 070121-JHN; and 2) amend contract service agreement per the attached, for the following facilities: Central Plant (Service Agreement 1-122651662014) and Minimum Security (Service Agreement 1-122650812440), for a total of $90,032.00, and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. slh
