Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contract with Tyler Technologies for the eCrash and Brazos electronic ticketing system. This renewal, billed separately by the vendor, is part of the Tyler Odyssey solution. The FY23 renewal is budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The cost of this part of the renewal is $10,043.45.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to renew software maintenance with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for Brazos eCitation (02130-11) through August 31, 2024, per the attached in the amount of $10,043.45. (ha)
Note: Tyler Technologies, Inc. is the sole-source provider for Odyssey System per Court Order 2015-714-09-28.
