Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize expansion of the Foray Digital Evidence Management Maintenance Agreement. The expansion is budgeted as part of the FY24 non-departmental maintenance budget. The expansion covers the remaining term, through March 31, 2024, of the existing agreement and adds necessary storage capacity to the system. The expansion, awarded to Foray Technologies, costs $61,440.00.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 3 to RFP 2018-048 Enterprise Evidence Management System with Foray Technologies, LLC. to add additional system storage. Further, authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. (ha)
