Approved by the Jail Commission and Commissioners Court order 2023-467-06-05. ($10,219.85)
PCO 61R2 – Contractor requested flashing and insulation at 123 exterior window jambs. Architect, and County, reviewed and agreed to this additional window protection. $84,418.45 Plus 5 days added to the schedule.
PCO 64 – Owner requested credit for cost to retest areas that failed materials testing standards on the first test. These are owner costs charged back to the contractor. ($8,072.55)
