Department Action

The attached contract between LexisNexis and the Collin County Law Library is for a Multi-Year Print Agreement (“MYA”) for Lexis publications in the Law Library. The estimated monthly charge for the print materials is $3,960 for the first year running from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024, and continuing for an additional three years. The four-year term has a limited 5% increase in annual charges after each twelve-month period. The negotiated four-year contract will run congruent with the Collin County budget cycle.
