| Department Action |
Acting through the Collin County Juvenile Board, the Juvenile Probation Department seeks to notify the Commissioners Court it has received a grant award in the amount of $1.3 million dollars from the Texas Juvenile Justice Department. The grant will be used to hire eight (8) juvenile supervision officers, pay for uniforms and equipment, and to cover all operational costs for youth being served pursuant to contractual agreement with regional departments. There is no county match required for the grant.
