Department Action

Commissioners Court approved the funding recommendations for the 2018 Parks and Open Space Bond, 5th Series, Project Funding Assistance Program on October 2, 2023. The City of Allen’s Watters Trail South Connection project was granted $139,428.00 in funding.
Action Requested: It is recommended that the Commissioners Court approve and execute the attached Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Allen for the Allen’s Watters Trail South Connection project, ($139,428.00) bond project OI18PG34.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Allen concerning the Watters Trail South Connection (2018 Parks and Open Space Bond Project #OI18PG34). Further, authorize the County Judge to execute same. gz Collin County's participation is a NTE $139,428.

Funding to come from the 2018 Parks and Open Space Fifth Series Project Funding Assistance Program as well as saving from completed projects. 2018 Bond Fund (4031) & 2007 Bond Fund (4018).
