As part of the development of Highland Lakes Subdivision, the developer will be reconstructing approximately 2,500 ft. of County Road 123/Bloomdale Rd, including a bridge over Stover Creek. The existing road is shared between the City of McKinney and Collin County and the new road will be partially in existing County prescriptive right of way and partially in newly dedicated City right of way.
