I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve Amendment #3 to the Ambulance Service Interlocal Agreement with City of Lowry Crossing for Collin County to provide EMS services through American Medical Response (AMR).

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 3 to the Interlocal Agreement AGR 2019-090, Ambulance Services with the City of Lowry Crossing, at the amended rate for the period November 1, 2021, through October 31, 2022; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same.
