Purchasing Department Action

On behalf of The Sheriff's Office, request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award Cooperative Quote 2022-135, Inmate RFID System through Kaufman County contract 03-18 to Codex Corporation d/b/a Guardian RFID and authorize the Sheriff or the Sheriff's designee to execute same. This contract is in accordance with Texas Local Government Code, Section 351.04155. ha
