PCO 7 – City of Plano required add to comply with zoning standards. The City is requiring us to alter the bollard layout in the bid plans. This is causing the closing of three parking spaces, removal of wheel stops, the addition of concrete, and landscaping and sprinkler work. This will also extend the completion date by 30 days.
Total for this Change Order – $12,459.60 or 1.61% of contract
Total Change Orders for the Project – $21,691.90 or 2.80% of contract
